If you’re a highly sensitive, ADHD-ish adult who’s ready to make progress on what matters to you—and finally carve out space for yourself in your own life—I’m here for you.

I have inattentive-type ADHD and understand this work from the inside out. My journey to coaching began 14 years ago when I became a foster parent and quickly realized I couldn’t show up for my kids the way I wanted to without first learning how to show up for myself.

Today, I’m an Advanced Certified ADHD Life Coach (A-CALC), with training in trauma-informed care, somatic tools, and ADHD-specific approaches. I’ve helped over 100 deeply thoughtful ADHD-ish humans—entrepreneurs, therapists, parents, and creatives—find ways forward that not only help them get things done, but reconnect them with meaning, joy, and self-trust along the way.

Together, we make space for who you are—not just who you’ve been told you should be. Many clients come into coaching feeling overwhelmed, ashamed, or frustrated, and leave feeling lighter, understood, and excited about the lives they’re building.

I live in the Pacific Northwest (near Bellingham, Washington) with my husband, three kids, two dogs, one cat, my in-laws, and too many chickens. I love kayaking, all things cozy, deep conversations, and pretending I can read a novel without falling asleep.
