Emotional Regulation
Workshop for ADHD

Emotional dysregulation is one of the hardest parts of ADHD. This course is for adults with ADHD who are done just “trying harder” to manage their own emotions and getting the same results.

Maybe it's at work. Maybe it's at home, parenting a kid who's also dysregulated. Maybe it's everything. You know how you want to show up — but knowing only makes it worse when you fall short.

You aren't a bad person. You have a nervous system managing more than most, with less support.

This 38-minute self-paced course teaches you how to use your body to interrupt the cycle — before you lose your cool.

What's included:

  • A 38-minute video you can return to whenever you need it

  • A guided mindfulness experience you move through, not just watch

  • A downloadable Body Map PDF for all three nervous system states — prompts, sensation words, and reflection questions to build your own nervous system reference guide over time

This is not an overnight fix. This is for people wanting lasting change. You will begin the process of understanding how your physiology and emotions are connected, and build in practices that support you — so you can start working with your ADHD mind, body, and emotions, not against them.
